I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Yoga Retreat this
weekend, it was extremely relaxing, easing away the stress
of everyday life. I am definitely going to continue but I
think it will be hard to find such a fantastic teacher as
you. I hope to have the opportunity of coming on another of
your Retreats in future - perhaps one in Devon sometime!

My journey back took 2 hours and 15 minutes and I managed to
meet up with my colleagues in good time. I must say I had a
great time and feel rejuvenated for the next half of the year.
It was nice meeting and getting to know all you wonderful people
and we should arrange to meet very soon.
Thanks King King for arranging this and no doubt you have me
on your books for next time.

Just like to echo Evelyn and Sara's thoughts too - your an excellent
yoga teacher King King. Clear instructions and demonstrations,
but more than that, you really explained well the basis and
background to each posture which I found so useful i.e. to know
why we were doing what we were "trying" to do!
My tummy was a bit achy on Monday - or should I say, my "core"
was achy - all those muscles that I'm not used to using. Recovered
now, and trying to do some Sun Salutations.
Evelyn - you missed the highlight session at the end! Deep relaxing
meditation for 30 mins! - I think I must have missed most of
it too, as I fell into such a deep trance.....
.
I've managed to make Clare's Vegan Chocolate Cake - delicious,
but not quite as light and moist as hers!
Looking forward to a meal at Chim's restaurant too - what's
the proposed date/s?
